Technical Director / Senior Project Manager
Current- Collaborate with and direct matrixed multidisciplinary teams on high profile interactive projects with regional, national and global reach for the entire lifecycle of the project, from proposal to launch and post-launch support- Communicate directly with project stakeholders on the client side as white labeled member of agency of record on requirements, priorities, and their unique business needs- Create user stories, business and functional requirements, based on thorough understanding of user target personas of different stakeholders - Develop realistic estimates and timelines for upcoming projects, leveraging cost-savings tools and best practices - Communicate project status, risks and requirements to relevant parties, balancing project features against time to market- Direct multiple ongoing projects with technical teams in Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia using a combination of waterfall and agile methodologies- Collaborate with 3rd party technology providers on integrations with their platforms and services via APIs- Hands-on technical leadership, participating in architecture design and code review- Proactively advocate and implement latest standards in ADA website accessibility, security, quality assurance and process managements across teams- Provide guidance to partner agencies on reliable new technologies as part of their marketing outreach to clients- Implement workflow management for production with automated time tracking, real-time data on project progress, and completion estimates based on historical data for similar tasks- Develop project documentation and provide both pre- and post-launch training on managing finished projects to agency and client team members
