By the end of 2018, I forced 8 contracting companies to testing and had prepared over 20 new infrastructure objects with a new design and functionalities into serial production: from station pavilions to navigation and information elements.Then I hire and assembled a group of 12 specialists within a month. Over the next 5 months, we conducted surveys and released 51 projects according to my methodology, including construction and installation plans. Using our documentation, construction crews completed most of the work as scheduled.The success of this plan was based on a complete digital development pipeline, where all the information for each project was contained in one file, which was progressively supplemented as we moved through the design stages.
