Alongside with text-based standards and regulations, we design databases containing digital drawings, models, and other data, and maintain a full life cycle of standards: from their development and testing to implementation and subsequent updating.Thirdly, we develop the passenger services ecosystem. This is the name for a range of associated services, some of them are digital in their nature. We design convenient passenger routes across the city and create comfortable terminals at key points - spaces for passengers where they can receive these services.My tasks include planning the activities of the division, organizing work processes and carrying out development. Central Exurban Passenger Company, serving passengers on all directions of the Moscow railway, the largest commuter rail carrier out of 22 existing passenger railway companies in Russia.I worked at CEPC as the director of the Architectural Project of the largest Moscow Agglomeration transport project at that time: the new suburban train system “Moscow Central Diameters”.I developed a guideline for all MCD stations, and designing all elements of the passenger infrastructure… Show more Central Exurban Passenger Company, serving passengers on all directions of the Moscow railway, the largest commuter rail carrier out of 22 existing passenger railway companies in Russia.I worked at CEPC as the director of the Architectural Project of the largest Moscow Agglomeration transport project at that time: the new suburban train system “Moscow Central Diameters”.I developed a guideline for all MCD stations, and designing all elements of the passenger infrastructure mostly single-handedly, and then acted as a production manager and oversaw the contract operations for the test production of the first elements. By the end of 2018, I forced 8 contracting companies to testing and had prepared over 20 new infrastructure objects with a new design and functionalities into serial production: from station pavilions to navigation and information elements.Then I hire and assembled a group of 12 specialists within a month. Over the next 5 months, we conducted surveys and released 51 projects according to my methodology, including construction and installation plans. Using our documentation, construction crews completed most of the work as scheduled.The success of this plan was based on a complete digital development pipeline, where all the information for each project was contained in one file, which was progressively supplemented as we moved through the design stages.
