Overall control of the Rolls-Royce engine spares supply chain at RAF Brize Norton. Additionally now the SCC for the Rolls-Royce interest with the French Air Force, Royal Singapore Air Force and the Multi-National MRTT Force in the Netherlands. Forecasting repair requirements of line repairable units and consumables consumption formerly for the Hercules AE2100D3 and now for the Voyager Trent 700 and Atlas A400M engines. Maintaining liaison between buyers and end users for critical spares management. Overseeing Asset Control and Stores staff to allow two-way free-flow of data and communication which keeps customers engines on wing for longer. Have successfully controlled and managed the two programmes since inception with only two days of AOG situations since 2006! More programmes on the way!

Placed at RAF Brize Norton in Oxford managing engines and associated assets for the A330 Trent 700 and Hercules A2100D3 engines.

Timely expedition of spares from main outlet in Georgia USA and from UK repair vendors to the customer at MoD. Also hastening of the reverse supply chain from the customer to help speed up the turn around time of the repair .

Goods - in and out. Packing, unpacking of goods for warehouse storage also for delivery to satisfy customer demands . Also to prepare for correct customs process for export to the USA and Europe.
