Working in the corporate office in Atlanta, GA for this NASDAQ traded and highly unique specialty technology company and reporting to the VP & Corporate Controller, Director responsibilities include the following:Leadership for support all sales growth and profitability through leading and managing opportunities based upon vendor and buyer analysis, active solicitation of bids, quotations and proposals and evaluate competitive opportunities to determine the best offer for products or services, development and management of all approved vendors and equipment in cooperation with internal stakeholders, develop consistent methodology for evaluating vendor performance, negotiation of vendor contracts (including Master Service Agreements (MSA), equipment bundling and pricing), working with the legal department to ensure compliance and consistency with the Company’s standard contracting practices, management of all ongoing relationships with vendors, act as a point of escalation for resolution of complex contract or purchase order differences and assess vendor quality through regular report card processes, development of asset purchasing policies and procedures and training stakeholders as required, coordinate the introduction of new and modified products and services with appropriate departments, review, authorize or deny purchase order requests in congruence with organizational requirements and budgetary constraints, analyze and resolve issues raised in purchasing and supply audit reports or purchase order-invoice reconciliation, direct purchasing function to identify, develop and implement consistent purchasing strategies and ethical purchasing standards and practices for the greatest Data-Center Colocation and IP consolidation technology company in the world, traded on the NASDAQ.

Hired as Controller with the company and promoted as Director of Procurement. Successfully developed the first Central Procurement for American Towers Inc. including supply-chain, logistics, buyer team, performance metrics, contractor and sub-contractor administration, fleet administration, purchase order team, purchase order performance metrics, vendor contract administration, vendor and contractor negotiations, relations and engagement implementation. Resigned from company in October to care for father full time as he underwent chemo-therapy and surgery.
