Primarily working as a java developer, supporting the Claims Space of USAA P&C.

As an intern, I was able to gain experience as a Java Developer, while working under more experience developers for 10 weeks.

As Camp Director of the Texas Ski Ranch Program, responsibilities include hiring and training a staff of 15 employees, Marketing the camp in order to increase attendance, and to maintain relationships between staff members, as well as between staff and customers. In addition, Budgeting and payroll must be maintained each week throughout camp. Finally, the Camp Director must solve both major and minor disputes and unforeseen difficulties that arise during camp sessions.

Duties as a camp counselor included Maintaining a positive relationship with camp families, ensuring the completion of daily activities, and using problem solving skills to handle minor issues. Additionally, while being a camp counselor I was charged with the safety and enjoyment of a group of 5-7 campers weekly.

As a Sales Associate at Texas Ski Ranch, Responsibilities include maintaining shop inventory, fostering professional customer relations, and fostering a sense of customer appreciation within the store.
