Sr. Facilities Mechanical Technician
Current>TPC training and certification on Air conditioning and refrigerationBasic/level1 and level 3 qualifications> Crossed trained in other areas and helped with projects including Test and balance, Electrical, and Instrument andcontrols.> Preform preventative maintenance and calibration on all facilities equipment in support of the clean room related toConditions of the air temperature and pressures and cooling of tools by processed cooling water. These systems includeExhaust systems, Process vacuum, Process cooling, Fab related fore lines and heat trace, Chillers and heat exchangers,cooling towers and water-cooling related equipment, Pumps, Boilers and Fire protection systems wet and dry delugesystems.> Operate and control Facilities equipment in a Facilities controlled environment and monitoring system.> Support in troubleshooting of facilities equipment current and future failures by monitoring vibration routes and rounds indifferent areas of the plant.> Partner with other technicians and managers to recognize near miss situations and ways to improve safety proceduresand SOPS on site by walking down trouble areas and improving set in place standards on site.> Partner with engineers and other technicians, on projects and corrective maintenance items improving the way systemsare operating and repairing mechanical equipment that has failed.> Working and improving safety standards by operating within SOPs and SOGs, creating preplan task work orders.>Wearing proper protective equipment and encouraging fellow technicians to improve on safety standards.>Hazmat Tech training to OSHA 1920 and NFPA 472> ICS command structure including ICS100, ICS200, ICS700> Mitigate and neutralize chemical spills.>Current on CPR and AED certification>Maintaining all trainings related to Hazmat rescue and monitoring, TGMS monitoring and multipleair monitoring systems.> Confined space rescue certified, knots and rope rescue with air monitoring in any confined space area.
