  • As Assistant Operations Officer, was responsible for planning and developing critical unit goals, synchronizing and controlling individual teams to meet mission requirements, and intensively managing the completion of short and long-term objectives for a 400-person Battalion while directly supervising 12 personnel.• As Assistant Logistics Officer, provided strategic analysis for all supply chain and logistics operations while directly supervising six personnel. Concurrently served as Motor Transport Platoon Commander and Maintenance Management Officer.• As Motor Transport Platoon Commander, was responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all transportation operations for the unit, directly leading the 15 personnel assigned to the Platoon, and managing, maintaining, and employing the $3.6 million worth of equipment under my charge.• As Maintenance Management Officer, utilized data analysis to track all maintenance KPIs, worked cross-functionally to solve complex maintenance issues, and advised the Regimental Commander on all matters relating to the operational readiness of the unit's equipment.• As Destructive Weather Officer, was responsible for coordinating security and communication efforts during catastrophic weather events.
