I am a laboratory technician at the American Red Cross, a nonprofit organization that provides blood products and services to hospitals and patients. I have been working in this role for over a year and a half, and I enjoy contributing to the mission and vision of the organization, which aligns with my values of service, compassion, and excellence.In addition to my work experience, I am also a business administration student at Tulsa Community College, where I am learning the fundamentals of management, marketing, accounting, and finance. Through my studies and my job, I have developed and demonstrated skills in time management, team coordination, attention to detail, and training. These skills have enabled me to handle a high volume of work, meet deadlines, ensure quality and safety standards, and coordinate with other team members and supervisors. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to make a positive impact in the health care sector.
