The primary objective was to reimagine an age-old Asian cultural experience into a modern food and retail destination for a diverse audience.Key responsibilities included strategic planning, financial projections, capital financing, market research, real estate strategy, facility design for food and retail spaces, sublease and licensing agreements, expansion planning, policy development, and public marketing campaigns.
