• Built a tool to migrate customer data from our legacy standalone SaaS product to a new unifiedplatform shared by all products in the company, with a focus on making migrations repeatable in caseof errors and on leaving.
• Debugged and fixed code and infrastructure problems in production as part of an on-call rotation.

• Made a major revamp to sales tax logic in our internal accounting platform and wrote scripts to verifythat the change would not break our billing process.
• Designed, deployed, documented, and tested a highly-available RabbitMQ cluster for passing messages between new services in our internal ticket system.
• Collaborated with QA to configure Bamboo and Jenkins and to write our team’s first suite of end-to-endtests with Cypress.
• Built a centralized reporting system using Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana so managers couldgenerate their own reports instead of our team building one-off reports on request.
