As a host at Ritual Nordic Spa, I provide exceptional customer service and create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for guests. I am also a marketing student at Camosun College, where I am learning how to create effective and engaging campaigns and strategies. I have over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a Sous Chef at Sherwood Cafe & Bar before joining RITUAL. I have developed strong leadership, communication, and multi-tasking skills, as well as a passion for wellness and sustainability. I am always eager to learn new things and expand my knowledge and skills in the field of marketing and hospitality. My goal is to apply my education and experience to help create a new career path for myself as I step away from cooking.
