- Coaching performers of all ages and backgrounds with a wide selection of powerful skills and techniques to achieve the highest level of performance in a wide range of genres including pop, musical theater and classical for clients with Universal Music Group, Warner Bros. Records, The Disney Channel and 20th Century Fox.- Identified and prioritized areas of need for each performer in order to deliver clear advice, guidance and practical steps including audition technique that can be applied to achieve the desired results- Developed and managed the extensive Youth Music Development program for an auditioned group of students to join a comprehensive program that coordinates and extends their overall musical education- Executive production enabling artists to create and complete albums/EPs/demos through an intensive production period with a team of producers, songwriters, musicians and artwork designers. Produced two albums alongside Anthony Galatis at the Matrix Complex, home to the management of One Direction and 5 Seconds of Summer.- Supported and coached solo recording artists and bands for studio recording and live performance – The X- Factor and Britain’s Got Talent, specializing in equipping newly signed artists with greater vocal strength and stamina- Professional commentator and judge on British talent in the UK media including BBC Radio Five Live, LBC Radio, Good Morning Television, Heart Radio, The Daily Mail and The Daily Express and for the International Art and Fashion Competition in March 2014.
