I've volunteered at the IMAGINE Film Festival, and was a TA for the Film Practices course at the UvA for two years where I managed students, schedules, assignment due dates, and helped coordinate interviews between students and IDFA directors so that students had a better understanding of the process that goes into making documentary films.In my freetime I do community management for both the Action for Everyone and The Waffle Press discord servers. I also produce and edit audio-visual content for both communities. With The Waffle Press I create shorts for their Youtube channel, and am working on longer form video editing for their uploads. In the A4E community I run the server and keep an eye on behavior and discussions within the channels. Currently I do editing for their podcast episodes and am working onediting videos of their Zoom sessions for upload to their Youtube channel.On my own I am currently learning and teaching myself more advanced editing techniques. I also write, using both Final Draft and Scrivner for my stories that range from horror, noir, and more. I am also improving my Dutch and taking courses so that I can be at the A2 Speaking and Writing level.Currently I am searching for work in the media field within the Netherlands, be that social media management, filmmaking, or something in between.
