Lead Vault design and implementation for customers outside of the life sciences industry. Had the opportunity to learn multiple verticals business processes and help meet their needs with customization of the Vault platform. Worked closely with both the customers and product team to enhance the Vault platform to meet the unique needs of the chemical manufacturing, consumer goods, and various other industries.-Completed a completly custom issue management system on Veeva Vault for one of the largest producers of consumer goods in the world. This processes millions of records a day and decides which issues require a human review. Once a human review is required users are walked through a workflow to maintain compliance.-Lead multiple teams in design of complex enterprise level integrations.-Completed custom registration systems for top cosmetics companies -Worked across multiple teams to design and a product lifecycle management solution for a large consumer good producer. Collaborated with their internal staff to integrate the PLM into their complex environment.

Worked with clients to address their most technical needs. Thoroughly reviewed requirements, decided on the best technology to meet those needs and designed/implemented solutions. Worked on SFDC, Vault applications and Vault Platform. Guided other consultants on best practices for technical design.-Created a SFDC Enterprise Architecture design pattern.-Created a SFDC environment manager to support the above Enterprise Architecture design pattern. Allowing a single person to manage multiple environments that previously would have taken a team to do.-Implemented Visualforce and Apex customizations to enhance the Veeva CRM product.-Completed initial Veeva Network integrations, working closely with product on enhancements to allow easier/quicker implementation-Customized and extended functionality of all products on the Vault Platform-Completed full implementations of Vault Products such as eTMF,CTMS, Registrations, Submissions, QualityDocs

Design and develop web based environment management software. Create custom Visualforce pages,triggers,scheduleable classes and batchable queries to meet clients needs. Offer technical input to guide business process development.

Provide level 1 support for IT Client Manager and Servicedesk. Specialize in the Remote Control and Support Automation portion of the software. Work closely with customers, co-workers, and sustaining engineering to determine the source of problems and find a solution. Maintain in-house java-based issue management client.

Responsible for basic networking, as well as building, diagnosing, and repairing computers that were experiencing both software and hardware problems. Supervised junior staff of one to two technicians.
