About Maxwell Gilbert
I am, by nature, a curious person. I love solving puzzles and creating solutions. I write thorough, quality code, push for better standards, and launch new products.I got my first bachelor’s degree in business information systems from Oregon State University, which combines management with some software and data instruction. I was so much more excited by code that I returned to get a second degree in Software Engineering in order to solidify and further my career. Because the engineering degree was online, I was able to learn both in my first engineering position and through a rigorous accelerated program in tandem. Since then, I have made learning a priority and will continue to expand my knowledge throughout my career.I’m excited for the vast breadth and depth that software engineering as a field provides. There is so much to learn about and grow in that I’m confident I will be discovering until the day I retire. I’m looking forward to continuing to be challenged, asked to research and present findings for emerging issues, and collaborating with my team to identify opportunities, flaws, and the best solution for our tasks.
