I began my career in the hospitality sector, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant and bar environment. I found a sense of discipline amid the chaos. The dynamic atmosphere of a busy restaurant on a Friday night compels those with passion to focus. It was during this time that I fell in love with the industry. Over the course of ten years, I refined my skills behind some of the world’s top bars. What I walked away with was a desire to continue learning and a commitment to the professionals in the industry I called home.In 2018, I transitioned from the restaurant world to a role at an innovative spirits producer that truly captured my interest. What attracted me most was their dedication to supporting those who work with their products: bartenders, restaurant managers, retail staff, and emerging brand owners. Endless West redefines traditional spirits production and empowers often overlooked members of the beverage alcohol industry with the tools necessary for success.I continued my journey and joined Oshi, which is at an earlier stage in the startup cycle than when I joined my previous role. It was here that I have the opportunity to apply the insights I gained while navigating early-stage product launches.The opportunity to connect with and learn from pioneers in the food and beverage sectors keeps me inspired, and launching massive new brands is just an added bonus!
