The Taylor & Francis Operating Plan comprises 58 prioritised projects, led by members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), which the business has identified as critical to meeting its corporate goals for 2020 and beyond. This role involves designing, implementing and iteratively improving a project management methodology for this corpus of projects, monitoring project progress, conducting regular reporting and communicating this progress appropriately to stakeholders around the business. Proficiency in project management tool Wrike is paramount in this role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are also fundamental when working with senior leadership. Written communication skills are essential for driving the Operating Plan's overall communications strategy.
