BBYO is excited to launch the Every Jewish Teen Campaign, looking to build new chapters and communities in Small, Medium, Rural, Remote and Unique cities and towns. I am excited to lead this effort as we look to bring our vibrant teen community to more places across the United States.

Teen Director- Facilitate inter-organizational programming and communication amongst JCC, BBYO and NFTY.- Advance programming that engaged and created meaningful connections with and for high school teens.- Grew BBYO teen engagement from 10 participants to 150+ - Recruit, supervise and mentor BBYO adult advisors.- Active participant on Development Team, raising teen-focused funds.- Financial responsibility for developing and maintaining teen programming budget.Assistant Director of Camp Olami - Recruit, employ, and supervise summer staff.- Create and implement COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

Created a community environment to build relationships and engage peers through programming focused in health, environment, and culture.- Staff advisor and liaison to programming board members.- Primary point of contact for governing board member responsible for planning and overseeing the execution of cyclical events at Michigan Hillel.- Part of a professional team responsible for creating engaging and varied programming for Jewish students.
