Responsibilities included the stewardship for the mechanical integrity of 6 process unit areas, OSBL area tank farms and docks. Worked in a team environment to improve procedures, conduct process unit turnaround inspections and repair plans in a fast paced and fully loaded process plant environment.

One of the original site reliability engineers working with technicians and field personnel to improve operating reliability and reduce maintenance costs for process units. Performed multiple job roles to install, modify and troubleshoot fixed and rotating equipment. Working with many talented people across the organization, significantly improved mean-time-between-failure of rotating equipment and improved efficiency of process units with multiple projects, modifications and procedural changes. I worked on large rotating compressors, several process pump installations, served as the site technical authority for pressure vessels and piping, improved the site flange assembly procedures and methods and assisted other sites with technical issues.
