Provided Medical Situational Awareness in Theater (MSAT) training to deploying units which combined information from multiple communities to provide decision support and display a common operating picture to Combatant Commanders in order to make timely medical decisions.Provided Theater Medical Data Store (TMDS) training also to deploying units which allows clinicians and caregivers in Theater and CONUS the ability to view inpatient and outpatient records on those treated patients in Theater to Level IV facilities in Lanstul Germany.

Worked closely with MAPS Lead Trainer when applicable and Project Manager to ensure efficient and excellent support to the client at all times. Established and maintained effective daily communication with Lead Trainer and/or Project Manager. Provided on-site training for any necessary system, software, or tool to support clinic staff.

Able to quickly adapt to technology advances to train MC4 selected hardware regardless of manufacturer make/model.
