Hello My name is Maxwell Jackson I have transitioned out of the army after 3 years and 28 weeks of honorable service. My experience in the army has left me with many skills I’m certain will transfer advantageously over into the civilian sector. In my service I have gained experience on discipline and professionalism that can only be obtained through military service. I’m proficient in military marksmanship and first Aid along with my occupational specialty as a Track mechanic 91H. My specialty has given knowledge on heavy diesel equipment maintenance and operation along with how to work as a team to overcome obstacles. I consider myself a team player because in my line of work little is accomplished by one’s self. Before the military I was involved with Boyscouts of America reaching the Rank of eagle scout with membership in Order of the arrow. I have worked as a Cub Scout camp quartermaster for the Glaciers Edge Counsel. After High School I worked as a level 1 service technician for Farm and Fleet while taking College classes for diesel technology at MATC. I wasn’t succeeding in college and was in need of structure and discipline, so I joined the U.S. Army. I am confident that if hired I could be a great asset and a valued Employee.
