Triage network, hardware, or workstation issues as required.• Analyze necessary application modifications and work with the appropriate Montefiore IT associate or the vendor to coordinate the modification.• Act as a liaison to the vendor for Montefiore IT or the client.o Contact vendor to report escalations and obtain assistance with solving issues.o Assist with the coordination of vendor activities including hardware or software installation.• Perform other related duties as required.
Epic Ambulatory Analyst
- Scopes and manages major enhancements (200 – 500 hours projects) and/or simultaneous minor enhancements (40-200 hour projects) in accordance to ITS project standards and best practices.- Provides support of daily and ad-hoc requests regarding various applicable clinical and business systems. Performs rigorous testing of new code, templates, scripts, etc., to deliver high-quality end-user solutions.- Operates under deadlines and challenging workloads. Architects and delivers solution innovation for new services, improve services or to lower costs.- Provides project supervision and task oversight for system enhancements assigned to project resources. Communicates clear instructions to project team members.- Coach and mentor team members.- Ensures that current and future regulatory agency compliance standards are being adhered.- Escalates vendor issues for missed deadlines or deliverables.- Uses judgment and initiative in solving highly complex problems and developing solutions to tasks or projects which may be unique.- Performs other job-related duties as required.
