Our line of intelligent energy products also act as the perfect DER asset as they don't impact customer experience, have low latency response, are inexpensive to deploy, and require no professional installation.My Achievements:• Design, Product, and Engineering manager for all Hygge Power products, hardware and software.• Designed, rendered, and built OPO electromechanical models for manufacturing, assembly, and marketing• Led a team of 15 engineers, developers, and designers to develop, manufacture, and deliver the OPO cloud-connected energy storage product to customers• Coordinated with PCB, 3D printers, component, wire harness, and battery suppliers/manufacturers to manufacture OPO alpha products in small volume• Established product and engineering documentation standards and processes• Managed software teams and consultants in Europe, India, and US to develop cloud infrastructure and mobile app products• Designed, procured, assembled, and finished high fidelity 3D printed product demos• Interviewed over 50 individuals for engineering, product, or development positions including FTE, contractor, part time, and internships• Led the technical scoping and execution of the GCxN project with the National Renewable Energy Lab, results coming in 2021• Negotiated multiple project SOWs with consultant groups, clients, and individual work contractors
