As a photojournalist, he has accumulated and produced over 50,000 photos worldwide from every major sporting and red carpet event in the United States, such as the Academy Awards, Golden Globes, Image Awards, Emmys, Grammys, American Music Awards, Soul Train Awards, BET Awards, MTV Awards, and much more. Maxx has had many accomplishments on several motion pictures as well, such as: Training Day, Lord of the Rings, John Q, Moulin Rouge, Men of Honor , The Original Kings of Comedy , X-Men , Antz, Bone Collector, Barbershop , Gladiator , Big Momma's House , American Beauty , Rush Hour 2, The Art of War, and Televised productions; Star Search, People's Court, Smart Guy, Hells Kitchen. Maxx’s dream has always been to have a career in the entertainment industry and it all began while working as a 20th Century Fox Page. When Maxx read an inspiring article about the illustrious Rueben Cannon, who had worked his way up the entertainment ladder from the mailroom of Universal Studios to a successful casting agent and now producer and partner at Tyler Perry Studios. Maxx was so inspired by this article that it gave him the motivation to stay focus on fulfilling his dreams in the entertainment arena. Maxx said good-bye to 20th Century Fox and started a new career at NBC/Universal Studios.
