While in High School I worked at Wegmans in the Grocery Department making lists of items need to be put on shelves, finding those items, and creating runners to be taken out to the floor. After graduating I worked in a welding and machine shop which game me the opportunity to help create, at the time, the largest laser testing apparatus in the US. I also worked as a technician for Spectrum Computing Solutions of Rochester where I built and maintained corporate PCs and servers. At Spectrum I was able to provide service to companies such as CGI in Rochester. For the last 10 years I have been a Courier working for Jet-X Deliveries. This has given me the chance to hone my customer service skills as well as learning to navigate efficiently. I enjoy helping people and businesses get what they need to have productive days. Amidst my regular work I was for many years until very recently doing volunteer work with the New York Department of Health and AIDS Institute as part of a Consumer Advisement Board. I served for 2 years as the Upsate Co-Chair and have accolades from Former AIDS Institute Director Humberto Cruz. While volunteering our members were given opportunities to take Leadership Training courses and other procedural training for operating within a committee setting, which I took full advantage of and have certificates of completion for numerous courses.
