As an integrated account analyst at SPS Commerce, I help connect and resolve issues for a multitude of companies in their respective use of EDI. My primary focus is to work with retailers that have chosen to use SPS as their primary EDI resource. As an outbound sales associate, I worked specifically in the auto finance division. We would reach out to customers with current Wells Fargo accounts (auto, mortgage, credit, ect.) and look for opportunities to improve their respective finances, as well as continue to build a more in-depth relationship. In this position, I consistently surpassed sales quotas for units sold and ancillary products sold. I was proficient in all finance, pricing, and communications systems (System2, NADA, XPM, Voltage, and Outlook). I was also recognized monthly as having received the most positive feedback from clients, bankers, and dealers.

As a computer specialist at Best Buy, I was charged with the task of identifying needs and providing solutions for prospective computer customers. Incorporating my prior experience from working at Circuit City, where employees were empowered to work in every department, I was truly a valuable asset as I was able to assist and train across departments. n charge of identifying strengths and opportunities within the computers department through the use of current and past financial data. I was consistently among top salespeople in terms of revenue, basket numbers, and Geek Squad service attachment rates since August 2009. I also became proficient in all ordering systems involved at the retail level (OMS, FMS, ROS, etc.)

As a sales associate at Circuit City, I was tasked with providing a full customer experience from the moment that the customer walked through the door to the moment they left. I was trained across all departments, and within the first month of employment, I had become the top salesperson in the store in terms of revenue and margin earned per hour. I mastered every department in terms of services and product within the store, and was one of very few employees allowed to work in every department. I assisted store management with the liquidation process post-bankruptcy filing.
