Throughout my experience of working I have learned several skills and attributes about myself that will excel my ability to learn anything. I am hands on learner and take everything into account before getting a result. I understand my strengths such as communication and being personable, these are two qualities of mine I consider my best. I thoroughly enjoy hearing and listening to problems and trying to find solutions, there are never problems only obstacles that you have to over come. I have been a caddie for over 3 years for Big Cedar Lodge and have encountered everyone from ordinary to celebrities'. Through meeting several business' men and even the athletes I have encountered the biggest lesson I have taken away is the only way to create connections and build businesses is being those two things I believe I do very well, communicate and be personal. The very foundation of every business relies on customers being able to trust not just the product your selling but the ability of the workers from the CEO to the Front Desk rep. being personal and building connections through being communicative and hearing your customers needs and wants.
