I Love working for DigitotCapturing, configuring, Training, Installing and most of all being in the field is just not boring as a lot of jobs are today so I really do enjoy my job.A list of some of my responsabilities:• Install and configure Point of Sale software with inventory control that integrates with digital alcohol dispensers. I setup menus, purchasing items and create all recipes in detail for a full stock control solution.• I train owners and managers how to take full advantage of our software and products to control and manage their staff and stock.• Troubleshoot and conclude issues e.g. I find faulty components or incorrect recipes or configurations and replace or correct them, then test the units thoroughly before signing off.• I do events such as the Nedbank Golf Challenge where I setup stock control dispensers and assist with controlling the stock for the event and support on the machines.• Setup stock taking scales with entire liquor inventories and more loaded up with precise calibration and configuration and do stock audits.• Physically mount digital bulk liquor dispensers.• I put in place customised controls and configurations for each client so as to suit their needs.• Configure the dispensers with integration on other point of sale systems. They are unable to dispense without ringing up and tagging in first. Variances are easily picked up and pin pointed.• Install and calibrate flow metres for beer kegs in and around cold rooms.
