April 2016 - Present Full commercial responsibility of the re-development of Great Scotland Yard in Whitehall, the scheme consists of the demolition of the previous Metropolitan Police HQ and new build RC Frame of a 223 bedroom 5* hotel.Scheme includes three sided facade retention, stonework restoration and new reconstituted stone and brickwork, secant and bearing piles with a central courtyard lightwell. Nine floors including a double basement and mezzanine level with a new mansard roof under a JCT2011 Design & Build main contract.July 2015 - April 2016 Inherited a refurbishment scheme of 11 Cadogan Gardens in Kensington. A 5* hotel for Cadogan Estates under a JCT Standard Building Contract with Quants, running the scheme through to final account stage.

Responsibilities include: 2007 - Worked on Final Accounts with a Senior Surveyor for a development of c.1000 units. (Build Value £67M)2008 - Started work on 330no units (Build Value £35M) including the complete tender process of all trades, the selection process by tender analysis, Value Engineering against budgets, colation of contract documentation and management of payments to sub-contractors, agreeing variations through to agreeing Final Accounts. Assisted with the monthly cost reports for the packages i was running reporting to the Senior Surveyor. 2010 - Started working on 132units (Build value £13M) including the complete tender process of all trades, the selection process by tender analysis, Value Engineering against budgets, colation of contract documentation and management of payments to sub-contractors, agreeing variations through to agreeing Final Accounts. Assisted with the monthly cost reports for the packages i was running reporting to the Senior Surveyor. 2011 - Present, Started work on 9no traditional 3 storey victorian houses (Build value £4M) running the job commercially on my own reporting directly to the Commerical Director, solely completed the tender process, tender analysis and selection process, solely managed the monthly cost report against budgets including change requests for specification upgrades and Value Engineering where possible. Sole management of all sub contractor payments and variations through to agreeing Final Accounts.2012 - Present, Joined another site in Shepherds Bush (Build Value 15M) working closely with another Surveyor to take on half the packages on 20no five storey town houses and 42no apartments whilst seeing my own through working on Final Accounts.

I undertook work experience at Costain working closely with a Senior Surveyor to get an idea of the career I woud like to choose. I helped with the day to day running of the Commercial responsibilities.
