I am a Chef De Partie with an AS degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Central Oregon Community College. I have spent 9 months working in Michelin Restaurants in Spain, learning from renowned chefs and learning every station. I have also been a Lead Line Cook at Sodexo, creating menus and managing a kitchen for 300 students at my college campus dining hall.In my most recent roles I grew a passion for Spanish cuisine. I have contributed to the success of Restaurante Trigo and Maralba, earning recognition and praise from the chefs and my teachers. I always ensure high standards of quality and hygiene.
