My career started out with Advantage Controls late in 2007 working in the customer service department, based in Muskogee, Oklahoma. I answered a wide range of technical and troubleshooting calls that covered Advantage Controls' entire catalog including but not limited to, controllers, pumps, glycol feeders, solid feeders and all water treatment equipment in between. The position also required a sales initiative and the ability to read and properly quote bid specifications from water treaters around the world.In early 2014 I left Advantage Controls to move back home to Minnesota, after having my first child. It was in 2015 that Advantage Controls lost their North Central Regional Sales manager and asked me to come back and fill the position. Since then I have been the regional sales manager overseeing the territory which covers: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Oregon and Washington. Responsibilities in my current sales position include traveling throughout my territory assisting water treaters who use our equipment. I repair and replace equipment as needed and assess warranty issues. Every so often I am asked to do power point presentations that not only focus on our current product line and new offerings but also touch on training for our customers and there own sales team.
