During my time with Lumen Technologies, I served as a Developer II within our Trouble, Change, and Event Management team working in Business Internal applications dedicated to Ticketing, Alarming, and Infrastructure Change. This team was primarily charged with ongoing support and augmentation of legacy applications that experienced routine use across all areas of Network Operations Management within the company.In the time I worked with the TCEM Team, I was involved with all aspects of our ecosystem, and worked in the following languages/frameworks:- 1 Java 6 Application native to Windows OS with Backend Services hosted in Oracle Weblogic and Kubernetes- 1 .NET Framework application with a Windows Server hosted Tibco Rendezvous listener, IBM MQ, and Active MQ queueing, an additional REST and SOAP API layer, and ASPX pages built with MVC Forms that I worked to work with Content Security Policy 3.0- 1 AngularTS Front End Web App with Spring Framework backend- Multiple Spring Framework microservices, including one that I built as a dedicated Kafka listener for Confluent Kafka into our .NET Framework 4.6 Application- Exposure to multiple BMC Remedy Ticketing Suites- ServiceNowAdditionally, I held Production Support and On-Call Rotation responsibilities, and worked with teams across the organization to resolve System Outages in a timely manner

For approximately 1 year and 6 months, I had the pleasure of serving on the Board of Directors for the Rocky Mountain Student Media Corp, a 501(C)(3) Non-Profit local to the Fort Collins, Colorado area dedicated to preserving student curated media within the Colorado State University, Fort Collins Campus. The Organization as a core oversaw at the time 5 Media Arms spanning multiple delivery mediums, and a thriving Ad Business to cover business overhead.My time with the Board of Directors allowed me to step into a Thought-Leader role, opening discussions into solutions for issues brought before the board, and allowing operations to continue, Additionally, I had authored a revision to By-Laws for the Board of Directors and the Organization as a core, fundamentally changing how the Board of Directors operate by requiring a rotation of membership for appointments to the Board controlled by the Colorado State University System.

While completing my Undergraduate Degree at Colorado State University, I had the pleasure of working Part-Time as a Desktop Support Administrator with Academic Computing & Networking Services (now Division of I.T.). I worked approximately 25 - 30 Hours a week around my classes during the semesters, and transitioned to Full Time during University Breaks.
