My significant exposure to all aspects of IT Systems Administration, along with related web and mobile applications design, implementation, and support successes, had me equipped with a solution-driven technical skill-set, analytical mind, and creative abilities with 12+ years of experience in the IT industry that is enabling me to thrive in this fast-paced environment. From installing and maintaining enterprise-wide infrastructures to troubleshooting and resolving complex system and network issues with related cyber security vulnerability attack preventions, I have a track record in maintaining optimal server uptime with 99% service availability. Currently, as a System Administrator for the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), I was able to lead the systems team to move GIMPA onto our current ERP system and get us a partnership with Google for Education as well as help the institute during COVID moving to our Learning Management System that enables us have students on online and get the academic year going.I am currently working on moving our learning management system to the current metaverse(GimpaVerse) that is supporting education by using a virtual reality headset (VR-Headset)
