I'm a second year honors student at The Ohio State University majoring in public health sociology on the premed track. As a student in the college of public health, I'm specifically passionate about health equity for marginalized communities. To further develop my interest in the medical field I have volunteered with cancer patients and shadowed doctors in fields such as otolaryngology, dermatology, obstetrics, and primary care. I have conducted independent research on family physician competence in caring for transgender patients and am currently involved in research focused on LGBTQ+ health equity.
