Family Law and DCFS Appeals

I patrolled forty-two miles of road in a gated community. I responded to residents’ calls that ranged from urgent response calls to minor complaints. It was my top priority to fully investigate all the complaints. I assisted law enforcement in interviewing witnesses to more severe incidents.

I was recognized for providing legendary service. Making each one of my guest’s experiences memorable was always a top priority. I made sure to be personable and treat my guests as if they were my good friend. My complete knowledge of the menu enabled me to make recommendations and upsell when applicable.

I answered calls from customers having any difficulties or questions with their hearing aids. Additionally, I placed orders for batteries on our data base and made advocate calls to new customers to make sure they are enjoying their hearing aids from us. Further, I sold our many diverse models of hearing aids when applicable.

I was responsible for calling NIU Alumni to keep them connected to the University. When calling alumni, I updated their information and asked for donations to benefit scholarship funds. The total donations that I was able to secure far exceeded anyone for the time I was employed here.

I was responsible for opening and closing cases. I assisted the attorneys with many administrative tasks. I attended jury and bench trials. I destroyed old case files. I created subpoenas, writs, and autopsy photos for trials. I assisted the witness counselor with client-centered interviews. I was responsible for any other odds and ends jobs the attorneys or office staff needed.
