As a University Ambassador at The OddBalls Foundation, focusing to grow the charity's work into both a student demographic and the surrounding region. Primarily raising awareness of Testicular Cancer through various diverse initiatives. Flexibility to produce unique initiatives to spread information to local areas and further to fundraise for added support of the foundation.

Assisting senior engineers in designing and developing new renewable energy systems, conducting research and analysis on the performance of existing systems, and preparing technical reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Incorporation of new programming and design methods to make manufacturing and data collection process' more efficient. Hands-on experience in the assembly and testing of equipment and assisted in the development of safety protocols for field operations.Key Accomplishments :Transition to new data collection method using updated software to allow for a more effective method of retrieving data surrounding the felt of vehicles used by the company.Fabrication of unique parts that allowed for repairs and upgrades to previous equipment. Includes the use of various machinery, optimising advanced techniques and further materials testing to ensure products are effective for use.Designed and tested successful prototype that increased efficiency by 20% in 6 months.

When going into my first year of 6th form I and a handful of other STEM students were chosen to partake in the EDT industrial cadets programme which allowed a better insight into industries and professional working environments in STEM fields. Both silver and gold industrial cadet programmes were conducted alongside Cory Riverside Energy which is a local waste energy facility which intakes waste and rubbish from various points in London transports them in containers along the river. It is separated and further processed to produce green electricity with limited harmful gases being produced as a bi product.The silver award involved working within the plant for the course of the week learning the internal system process and furthermore learning how Cory is connected to local environmental groups and the community. To end this course, we then presented what we had learnt throughout the week and its importance to us and the area.The gold award was a little more challenging and took place over the course of a year to which a problem was presented to us and a logical solution had to be made to tackle it. In our case it was the issue of tracking the waste containers being transported along the river Thames and being able to identify specific containers if required. As a group our solution was to add cameras to loading cranes which moved the containers from sites to barges which would then upload the containers location and time it was registered at said site. We then proposed our idea to the company and then to a board of other industry owners.
