• Leads development and implementation processes for the organization’s IT systems.• Be able and willing to travel as needed to out of state offices to arrange, contract and oversee network setups, operations and IT staffing whether internal or using contractors or IT support companies.• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.• Set up and establish an entire IT operation from ground up at new locations• Ability to source and arrange IT functions, contracts, support services, and network design.• Analyzes IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.• Develops and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.• Develop, manage, and track the IT department's annual budget.• Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.• Oversees all aspects of cyber security.• Facilitates IT security audits or investigations.• Develops and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.• Coordinates multisite IT systems via enterprise resource planning (ERP). • Performs other related duties as assigned.

The Imaging Systems Administrator serves as a key onsite IT resource for implementation and support of medical imaging applications at a facility. Primary responsibilities include performing as the project lead for implementing medical imaging systems, administering and supporting PACS, CVIS PACS, and technical medical imaging interfaces and related technologies (e.g., voice recognition), supporting outpatient medical imaging, and providing second level support as a local medical imaging subject matter expert to resolve incidents or fulfill requests received from the division Service Desk or other division or facility service resources. The Imaging Systems Administrator ensures system design, interface functionality, and clinical processes are coordinated and functioning effectively. This individual performs application maintenance and testing of application upgrades and fixes. The Imaging Systems Administrator provides input to division policies and procedures, training, and best practices for use within the facility, delivers hands-on training, and assists in implementing division standardization, utilization, integration and optimization plans for medical imaging applications and related technologies. A Medical Imaging Systems Administrator may be dedicated to a specific facility or may operate across a geographic zone and serve multiple facilities.
