In this position, I work with the IT director to support all internal equipment and networks to facilitate business continuity and success.

* Provide managed and break fix services to commercial clients* Preserve, Protect, and Administer commercial and internal systems.*Facilitate successful day to day operations between our clients and Techpro's hosted environment.

In this role, I perform bench work, remote service, and travel to client's homes or businesses, then troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their computers, printers, operating systems, or any other related problem.

In this role, I provide magement services for various business systems, such as Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, remote and onsite administration, small business networking, line of business support, and endpoint support, among other tasks.

Serving in a dual role, was responsible for the property's security and assisted staff, tenants and owners with various issues, tasks, and issues. Assisted in troubleshooting various systems on property, from elevators and HVAC systems to cable televisions and home networks. Performed general landscaping, carpentry, groundskeeping and maintenance tasks. Assisted with moving furniture, various maintenance supplies and materials, housing appliances and luggage. Accomplishments: Successfully implemented and enforced mandatory sign-in for all outside contractors, which was previously unenforced. Implemented and enforced stricter rules on the property in general as requested by the property manager. Actively decreased and deterred trespassers on the property, a long-standing issue prior to my employment.

As part of the Special Operations Task Force, secured cell towers, cellular equipment and generators around the island of St. Croix following the destruction caused by Hurricane Maria, a category 5 hurricane. Was responsible for carrying a non-lethal firearm and logging and reporting all activity. Initially worked 12 hour night shifts, 7 days a week with no off days. After several months, returned to standard 5 nights a week, 12 hours a night.

As a technician, I performed troubleshooting on, serviced, maintained, repaired, replaced and installed HVAC units. As part of a two man team, satisfied contracts serving government, private and commercial accounts. Often worked on rooftops and in ceilings, basements and crawlspaces. Serviced several units in a industrial/refinery environment and adhered to safety and PPE requirements.
