Served as an SME to configure, customize, and integrate solutions on the City Innovate suite as it relates to document process automation, service portal, help desk management, manuals, feature enhancements, and other IT-related procurement consulting needs for the California Department of Technology’s Technology Modernization Fund (TMF). Created business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and Access Control Lists (ACL). Performed daily administration, troubleshooting, and resolution of any issues arising in the City Innovate environment. Create architectural assessments by researching, analyzing, and distilling information from multiple sources and perspectives. Serve as a liaison with the business to understand their business processes so analysis can be done to meet the business needs through technology and processes. Process and track customer requests for architectural services. Work with business and technology teams to identify optimal solutions to meet business goals. Elicits high-level requirements and desired business outcomes from customers and stakeholders to develop business cases. Work with subject matter experts to complete a thorough impact analysis. Document processes and determine ways to improve process efficiency. Document and validate current and future architectures from the business, information, application, and infrastructure viewpoints, to facilitate the design and deployment of technology solutions across the organization. Develop and manage architecture roadmaps and work with stakeholders to guide implementation. Develop current, target, and future transition architectures. Participate in reviewing IT policy and methodology information included in all drafted IT-related contract materials, such as Scope of Work (SOW), Request for Offer (RFO), Request for Proposal (RFP), Software Licensing Program (SLP) documentation, and other procurement or contracting mechanisms.
