As a Sales Development Executive at Juniper Research, I work with a global team of analysts and consultants to provide insights and solutions for the Fintech and Payments sector. I am responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospects and clients, and delivering high-quality presentations and proposals. Before joining Juniper Research in June 2023, I spent three and a half years at Exertis, a leading distributor of technology products and services. I started as an Enterprise and Networking Assistant Buyer, where I managed and updated product information, pricing, and deals for various vendors. I then moved to the Customer Experience Advisor role, where I processed and analyzed orders, reports, and margins, and supported the sales functions. Finally, I became a Dell Product Specialist, where I maintained product and technology-specific knowledge, oversaw key information flow, and worked with the Business Manager and vendor on proactive campaigns to drive incremental business.I am an avid challenge hiker, completing the national 3 peaks, Welsh 3000s, South Downs Way, Offa's Dyke Path and currently training for a Cambrian Way thru-hike. I enjoy taking on new challenges and learning new skills, both personally and professionally.
