I thrive in collaborative environments and bring a results-oriented approach to every facet of the development process.My skills extend across the entire project lifecycle, with a rich understanding and knowledge base of front end project planning and delivery, including business cases, feasibilities, investment studies, strategic reporting and site acquisition. My experience then spans into physical delivery, working directly with consultants in the design, development and approval phases, and then coordinating and managing construction works through to practical completion.I have worked directly with both private and public sector clients throughout my career, with a diverse project experience background including residential, civic & community, retirement & aged care, commercial, sport & recreation and retail.I am currently completing my MBA with the University of Western Australia ('UWA'), as well as being a Certified Practicing Project Manager ('CPPM') registered with the Australian Institute of Project Management ('AIPM').I serve as Deputy Chair of UDIA's WA Outlook Committee where we work to promote opportunities for professional development, networking, growth and engagement of emerging and existing young professionals within the property development sector.I also serve on the Operations Committee to the Property Education Foundation, where we look to support tertiary students pursing a property related career through engagement with industry, scholarships, internships and mentoring.
