Passionate about empowering teams and organizations to unlock the full potential of software and machine learning. Prior to pursuing my MBA, I bootstrapped the data science team at Greenwich Associates. I have experience using fundamental machine learning techniques including various types of predictive analytics, clustering algorithms, dimension reduction and feature engineering, forecasting, and social network analysis. I also have experience incorporating supporting processes such as version control, proper use of cross validation, data visualization, and model performance evaluation. During my MBA, I studied the economics and characteristics of platform businesses as well as the modern software development value stream including UX research and design, agile product management and development, DevOps, and sales operations. I am passionate about helping teams and organizations identify constraints and optimize the productivity of their software development and machine learning efforts. To complement my understanding of the fundamentals of machine learning and modern software development, I have continued to hone my leadership and coaching abilities. In addition to coursework, I am currently pursuing coaching certifications including: TinyHabits: a coaching method used for facilitating behavioral change developed by Stanford University Professor BJ FoggSystems Centered Thinking: coaching technique to build trust, encourage transfer of knowledge, and empowering decentralized action while maintaining tight alignment; exemplified in part by popular books such as Team of TeamsCertified Scrum Master: a widely used coaching method used in software development to maximize development flexibility and productivity
