I have been a full time club wrestler since I was in elementary school. I practiced everyday and had tournaments almost every weekend. In Middle and High School I was on the school teams as well as the club teams. This required numerous hours of training, conditioning, and practice for both teams- typically 2- 3 hours a day, in addition to weekend tournaments. I was ranked in the top 10 in the state of California for my weight class two years in a row while attending high school full time. During this time I was on the honor roll a number of times throughout my Middle and High school years. This year was my first year away at college at Stony Brook University and I was on the school club team. I placed 6th in the Nation for the NCWA Nationals. During this time I was also a full time student and was on the Dean's List for both semesters. Wrestling and school have been my full time job for these past 14 years, so I have not had an opportunity to join the workforce but I am eager to move in that direction if given the opportunity.
