• Directly supervise and mentor three full-time staff in the Undergraduate Student Services office wholly responsible for the efficacy and effectiveness of the undergraduate Mathematics programs and courses at the University of Minnesota.• Continue to perform primary responsibilities of previously-held Program Coordinator position

• Lead semi-annual departmental course scheduling, assigning over 180 faculty, staff, and graduate student instructors, analyzing complex scenarios to maximize course enrollment, maintain efficient budget utilization, and foster positive interpersonal relationships. • Collect and analyze enrollment and student data to identify and forecast trends related to changing curricular needs. Utilize Microsoft Excel and UM Reports to create analyses and visual dashboards to maximize clarity and impact of raw data. • Recruit, hire, and approve timecards for 50+ student employees (≈10 FTE). Write job descriptions for Undergraduate Learning Assistant and Paper Grader positions. Develop hiring and compensation schema to provide future and current employees with transparent expectations and promotional paths. Seek to improve employee retention and maintain a diverse employee pool through the use of equitable and accessible hiring practices. • Develop a new 4+1 (accelerated bachelor’s/masters) program in mathematics in collaboration with the Graduate Program Coordinator and Undergraduate Advisor. Optimize degree requirements and compose petitions to university offices to approve necessary modifications to current programs. • Serve as staff advisor for math student groups, ensuring they adhere to University and department guidelines and are best empowered to pursue their mission. Assist the faculty math competitions committee with recruiting, planning, and proctoring the prestigious Putnam exam, among other annual competitions. • Manage large-scale programs by creating shared Asana projects, delegating tasks, tracking task completion, and ensuring that the department adheres to the required timeline.

• Managed performance library services for all (30+) orchestral, band, choral, and jazz ensembles, conducting seminars, and academic courses in support of the educational and performance-related mission of the University of Minnesota School of Music.• Led financial management for UMN orchestras, choirs, jazz ensembles, and operas. Prepared budgets and monitored expenses for special event and overall accounts. Generated budget reports and expenditure analyses for Ensemble Department faculty members.• Managed, organized, and planned regional tours and off-campus run-out concerts for university ensembles, including budget preparation, hotel reservations, itinerary creation, transportation planning, and internal communications. • Led all aspects of the annual University of Minnesota Jazz Festival -- promoted event, coordinated registration, distributed information to 20 participant groups, reserved rooms, coordinated 30+ volunteers, coordinated meals/lodging for guest artist(s), invoiced and processed payments, coordinated day-of event logistics, and solicited feedback.• Wrote and proofread marketing copy for School of Music publications including Tutti magazine, season event calendars, and student recruitment publications.• Updated School of Music website and intranet to include accurate information regarding ensemble auditions, special events, and SoM performances, using Drupal and HTML. • Negotiated and secured performance, synchronization, and mechanical licensing, including small and grand rights, for all School of Music performances.

• Organized and produced all concert activities of the MVO, including facility and equipment reservation/rental, equipment transportation, venue set-up, and other logistics.• Generated standard agreements covering fees, publicity, and logistical arrangements for concerts and rehearsals with venues, sponsoring organizations, and guest artists.• Assisted with the development of the MVO’s master artistic, operations, and publicity schedules and communicated changes as needed to the MVO board and other appropriate MVO personnel.
