Optimization of recipes for rubber mixing, general process improvement, along with troubleshooting potential issues and addressing vendor concerns on products.

Focusing on process improvement through adding equipment and refining data collection. Collaborating with other workers from various fields to find a focused improvement and taking into account ideas and concerns of others.

Full-time Co-op Internship summer 2022, Part-time Internship fall 2022. Working in projects regarding optimizing the wash plant. Projects include adding redundancies to increase reliability of the system, designing a new wastewater treatment system, and replacing inefficient/aging equipment.

30-40 hours per week during summers and winter breaks. 10-15 hours per week during class semesters. As a delivery driver, I drove to various houses delivering products, answered customer phone calls regarding orders and questions, assisted in making and prepping pizzas when needed, and assisted in closing the store. As a manager I watched over delivery drivers and production workers. I answered their questions about their job and made sure they work efficiently. On my manager shifts, I was responsible for either opening or closing the store and preparing it for the workday or preparing it for being ready for the next manager to open, along with delegating tasks between team members.

Full-time Co-op Internship. I worked on projects regarding efficiency and safety of the paint application of dishwashers. Projects include confirming the optimal oven temperature of curing paint, creating safer practices for technicians to collect samples of various solutions in the paint process, and breaking down the analysis of efficiency of the paint application system.

40 hours per week summer job (May-August). I worked on deconstruction projects at various job sites, operated heavy equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks, and I sorted and cleaned around the headquarters.

15 hours per week cleaning dishes, prepping pizza toppings and making pizzas.
