• Deliver and run a variety of AFL programs in either school, after-school time, or community club environments • Implement transition and retention strategies from AFL Auskick and school programs to junior club football • Liaise with teachers, schools and other program stakeholders• Support junior clubs and Auskick centres in relation to recruitment, volunteers, coaching , protocols, promotion and venue hire• Conduct promotional activities to meet participation targets e.g. school assemblies and other promotional activities• Contribute to key projects within and outside of core role• Coordinate and deliver school football and AFL 9’s/AFLX competitions

• Oversee program and lead 35+ players through the initial first stage of the football program, teaching with enthusiasm and clear communication. • Planning, organisation, and delivery of training sessions scheduling term plans and travel for the Bill Turner Cup competition.
