Responsible for the leadership and coaching of 4 Marketing Coordinators and 5 Market Development Analysts from these regions.

The main process assignments goes from the monitoring of new product development (R&D), the creation of value proposition based on customer needs through MKT tools and support in communication and media; creation of product SMP by region and culture; price formation; MKT plan for demand creation; current portfolio Stewardship management; loyalty and relationship programs with customers and influencers in the segment; entire expenses budget management and profitability analysis of products. On personal level, being 6 Sigma project member in short / medium term projects; support the district sales managers, management of MKT team technical training, and leadership of Marketing Managers and Analysts Market Development teams from Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso do Sul states.
