• I was rehired by FOFMI to close the 2020 cycle in a greater leadership role to elect Joe Biden, and other down ballot Democrats in Michigan.• Managed, and recruited for a pod of six canvassers that knocked a total of 26,052 doors in the final month before election day.• Was held accountable through open communication with our senior staff, and daily reports tabulating our metrics, important qualitative info, and updates from the field.• Responsible for maintaining the our pod’s safety by administering exhaustive COVID-19 protocols.• Used a variety of digital organizing tools including but not limited to VAN, MiniVAN, Empower, ThruTalk, and Outvote.• After the election, we collaborated with other statewide allies to foster a grassroots movement to certify the results through digital organizing, and COVID-19 safe events.

• Lead organizer in MI-08 after the 2018 Midterm Cycle.• Developed and implemented a field plan which included, but not limited to, recruiting volunteers, leading trainings on field and digital tools, collaborating with clubs and campaigns across our three counties/vast range of political spectrums, and communication between our DC headquarters and in-district stakeholders. • Planned, coordinated, and led organizing and earned media events with up to 100+ attendees, elected officials, and press.• Lead a successful petition circulation program which garnered 2,200+ signatures.• Was the head tracker of five Republican opponents, using both in person, and digital tracking methods.

• Organized in an emerging Democratic district to elect our main target, Gretchen Whitmer, but also succeeded in our secondary targets of passing progressive ballot proposals and electing down ballot democrats.• Inspired voter turnout over many mediums, including canvassing door-to-door, phone banking, and attending/helping host events.• Facilitated growth of the chapter by recruiting volunteers to take action, and trained part-time employees to organize effectively.• Lobbied against Republican lawmakers in our Capitol during a lame duck legislative session through face-to-face meetings, public demonstrations/rallies, and digital organizing.
