Used that statement to guide development of discrete, trackable action goals with set deadlines.• Analyzed student retention, persistence, and graduation rates to help identify points of concern in the online student lifecycle for Oregon State University (OSU) online degree programs.

-- Example Projects --• Developed social media marketing from Wrangell Mountains Center. Campaign resulted in a 52% increase in web traffic to the Facebook site and doubled early course enrollment as compared to prior year• Organized and mobilized a statewide campaign successfully calling on Oregon Health Department to correct improper and potentially illegal exclusion of disabled populations from being listed as a group considered “marginalized” and ineligible for priority funding consideration. Funds were for a $3.3 million grant program supporting the behavioral health peer workforce.

GBLCC's mission is regional level conservation science support. I served as lead science data specialist, working internally on GBLCC-funded projects and externally coordinating with partners involved with data availability, stakeholder coordination, and science communication.-- Project Highlights --• Team lead of a task force that designed compatibility solutions between LCC project tracking databases and the Data.gov national data portal. Mapped out JSON / XML metadata crosswalks and created integration pathways into Data.gov for the five main tracking systems used by LCC offices. Team included representatives from fourteen regional LCC offices and four federal agencies.• Lead data analyst for Northwest Basin and Range Synthesis, a desert ecology conservation planning project. Designed overview maps of project area for stakeholder meetings and assisted with initial stakeholder outreach. Conducted meta-analysis of existing state, federal, and non-profit strategic plans and reported on policy overlaps and gaps.

• Developed techniques for cost-effective, accurate soil sampling in production forestry, built off novel geostatistical approaches. Developed custom database structure for storing soil sample data.

• Conducted meta-analysis of carbon sequestration studies in the Great Plains. Wrote technical brief for legislators concluding that small, short-term gains are feasible but estimates of soil as a potential carbon sink are overstated.• Co-authored journal article forecasting potential native species loss in California utilizing a unique bioclimatic approach. Paper cited 11 times since 2013.
