As a Senior International Trade Executive at The Food and Drink Federation (FDF), I apply my passion and expertise in global affairs and economic policy to support the growth and competitiveness of the UK's largest manufacturing sector. With a Master's degree in International Law and International Relations from the University of Bristol and over five years of experience in policy development and analysis, I have a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing the food and drink industry in the international trade arena.In my current role, I work with the FDF's industry growth team and external stakeholders to influence and shape the UK's trade negotiations and agreements with key markets and regions. I also communicate and advocate the industry's views and interests to the government, media, and public through various channels and platforms. Additionally, I conduct research and provide insights on the latest trade developments and trends that affect the industry. My goal is to enable and facilitate the food and drink industry's access to new and existing markets, and to promote its high-quality products and standards across the globe.
